Claims handling and recovery.
Aros Marine Consulting ApS is handling the claim from the beginning to the very end. We have “hands on” from the minute we dispatch a surveyor through the process of determining liability, negotiating the claim and finally settling the claim in exchange of claims release. We report to our principals on a regular basis and do always ensure that the client is a part of the process. We will in some cases be able to offer our, clams handling, services on a flat fee basis. In addition to the above services we are experienced in dealing with the Danish Maritime Casualty Unit and collecting evidence and obtaining interviews with the involved parties in case of collisions, groundings and / or pollution incidents etc.
Aros Marine Consulting ApS. also offers recovery services in order to eliminate the need for expensive litigation, and the use of attorneys to collect from responsible third parties. If possible we operate our recovery service on a “no cure – no pay” basis.
